properties to maintain consistency
with market and demographic trends

policies that preserve the historic
and architecturally significant
housing and buildings in our community

Continue to plan for growth and
build upon the 21st Century Plan,

Analyze impact on the quality of
life of the community in considering
all development projects and plans
-
Evaluate the fiscal impact of all
plans on the school district to
insure that public funding for school

appropriately and without negatively
impacting school district revenue
